Prospective Members & Visitors are welcome to attend meetings, but must be financial members to enter Competitions.

Below is a summary of our programme. Please note some dates & the committee for 2010 are still to be finalised. From 2010, all monthly aggregate competitions will be separated into A & B grade divisions, judged on the same night.

2010 ESCC Set Subject Definitions:-

Creative - An image that displays a novel effect because of an unusual combination of objects and/or unusual viewpoint.

Pattern, Texture, Architecture - An image that displays an arrangement of subjects, shapes, surfaces or colour which is interesting or aesthetically pleasing to the eye and/or buildings or structures, (ancient or modern, interior or exterior), monuments, columns, bridges or parts thereof.

Nature - An image depicting untamed animals and uncultivated plants in a natural habitat, geology and phenomena not produced by man.

People - An image of a person or people covering a very wide range, i.e. crowd scenes, candid, head and shoulder and/or full length portraits, as well as child studies, etc.
